Client has modified the 1st, but the 2nd is a Heloc. We are barely talking to heloc, want to know how to approach. Client has an investor who will lend up to 10% of heloc balance. heloc balance is #200k. Property upsidedown by $250k. Property here in CAlifornia. Heloc is with Wamu. Any suggestions or comments...
