« Plea for help »
Hello friends,
As you know, my real estate business has taken me in a new direction. I've been fortunate to stay in the business and help people in dire need of sound, professional advice. The properties I've listed are owned by my clients that need help. These are good, honest people in a financial bind that does not allow them to keep these properties. These are normal people like you and I that need a positive change in their financial lives. Despite what you see in the media, not everyone was greedy and made foolish business decisions with real estate. Some of these are primary residences for my clients, while others were indeed investments. However at their time of purchase, not everyone really knew the market would be this challenging for them.
When you look at these properties (ask me, I'll send them to you), look at an opportunity for you to help someone in need. When you see a "For Sale" sign in your neighbor's yard, think of these clients - good people needing your kind and gracious help. Think of the people you can help save from foreclosure. If you see "bank owned" on the sign, it's too late. If you or anyone you know is looking for a home or investment property in San Diego at a price below market value, please consider these, also known as short sales. True, there are many on the market however, I would not be doing my job if I didn't ask you for your help in behalf of my clients. All of these properties are in varied stages of pre-foreclosure and require swift action.
Would you consider lending a hand to these friends in need of a solution to their financial situations? If so, call me.
Thanks,
Marvin
